6 Aliments anti-cancer

L’alimentation joue un rôle très important dans la prévention du cancer, un quelconque régime alimentaire ne va ni provoquer ni traiter un cancer. Mais nous pouvons limiter les risques, car certains aliments, par leurs vertus antioxydantes, sont plus protecteurs que d’autres. Lutter contre le cancer par l’alimentation, est donc possible ! Il suffit d’aller au marché faire le plein de saveurs et de puiser quelques trésors bon marché dans les magasins : tomate, brocoli, thé vert, gingembre, ail, curcuma… De quoi modifier nos assiettes sans rien perdre de notre gourmandise, en assimilant les meilleures recettes aux vertus protectrices! Et voici 6 aliments bouclier pour éloigner la maladie.

Les études ont montré que le jus de grenade permettait de réduire le risque lié au cancer de la prostate et probablement celui lié au cancer du sein. Associé avec du brocoli, du curcuma et du thé vert, il a fait chuter de 63 % les niveaux de PSA des patients atteints du cancer de la prostate. Et cela dans un délai moyen de six mois.

L’ail est un puissant antioxydant qui contient des composés sulfurés qui empêchent le développement des cellules cancéreuses. II peut réduire le risque de cancer de l’estomac et avoir un rôle protecteur contre le cancer du côlon, Des études suggèrent que l’ail peut diminuer par 12 l’incidence du cancer de l’estomac!

Le curcuma est une épice : c’est l’ingrédient principal du curry. Il appartient à la famille du gingembre ses polyphénols, dont la curcumine, ont des propriétés antioxydantes, anti-inflammatoires et anticancéreuses. Outre sa teneur intéressante en antioxydants, le curcuma  agit positivement contre le risque de cancer de la peau et du pancréas. Additionné de poivre noir, il serait encore plus efficace.

Le brocoli est un super aliment contre le cancer, à manger souvent. De façon générale toutes Les crucifères (choux, navet, radis) contiennent de nombreux antioxydants, notamment des folates (vitamine B naturelle) et ont un effet préventif contre les cancers du pancréas, de l’œsophage, du colon, du rectum, de la prostate.

La noix du brésil est une source de  sélénium organique un oligo-élément qui porte les cellules cancéreuses à s’autodétruire et les autres cellules à réparer leur ADN. Un gramme de noix contient de 15 à 30 microgramme de sélénium sous forme de selenomethionine, selenoethionine et selenocystine. Chacune de ces formes de sélénium a montré une activité anticancéreuse directe !

Le thé vert contient un polyphénol à l’effet anti-inflammatoire. Il aurait également une action contre le développement du cancer, notamment contre les cancers du sein et du poumon. C’est un thé peu oxydé, beaucoup consommé en Asie. Pour conserver ses précieux bienfaits, le thé vert se prépare avec une eau peu chaude (50 à 70°C maximum).
