La grasse matinée est un luxe que peu de gens peuvent se permettre, et heureusement pour nous que nous soyons obligés de nous réveiller tôt le matin. Se réveiller tôt est contraignant certes, mais il comporte tellement d’avantages, qu’on ne devrait plus en faire notre ennemi numéro un le matin. C’est tellement tentant d’éteindre son réveil et de se faufiler dans son lit pour un petit supplément de sommeil, mais une fois que vous aurez lu les avantages du réveil tôt, vous ne verrez plus la grasse matinée du même œil.

1)Pour éviter le stress 

Pour moi une des raisons majeures qui m’ont poussé à adopter le réveil tôt est d’éviter tout le stress lié au fait de se lever plus tard et donc d’être en retard et pour ne plus être en retard le matin. Que vous vous leviez tard pour aller au travail ou pour un simple rendez-vous avez une amie, dormir quelques minutes de plus vous poussera à vous préparer plus rapidement et à stresser d’avantage. Stresser dès les premières heures du matin donne le ton pour toute la journée, y compris pour la façon avec laquelle vous interagissez avec les gens.

2)Pour être productif 

Se lever tôt vous donne le temps de bien vous réveiller pour être plus productif – et pas seulement le matin. Que vous ayez des activités à faire à l’extérieur ou chez vous à la maison, quand votre esprit est clair et alerte, vous êtes plus concentré avec les tâches à accomplir. Plus vous dormez, plus vous mettrez de temps à reprendre vos esprits et à vous reconnecter avec le monde réel. Se lever tôt permet à votre esprit de prendre le temps de se requinquer et à être productif.

3)Pour prendre le petit déjeuner 

Nous savons tous que le petit déjeuner est le repas le plus important de la journée, il est nutritif et idéal pour réveiller votre métabolisme. Réveillée en retard, vous prendrez la première barre énergétique qui vous donnera quelques calories rapides, mais pas assez d’énergie pour tenir la journée. Quand vous ne prenez pas le temps de petit déjeuner, vous exposez votre glycémie à se dérégler, ce qui cause fatigue et épuisement. Se réveiller tôt, vous permet d’avoir le temps d’alimenter correctement votre corps, ce qui le préparera à mieux faire face à votre journée de travail.

4)Pour méditer 

Se lever tôt est important pour votre esprit, au même titre qu’il l’est pour votre santé. Au petit matin, profiter des premiers rayons de soleil, vous mettra en meilleure position pour méditer, prier, ou réfléchir aux questions existentielles qui vous travaillent le plus. Si vous avez des objectifs à atteindre, une question à laquelle vous chercher une réponse, réfléchissez-y tôt le matin, votre cerveau sera encore frais et dénué de pensées négatives.
