Mal dans votre corps, boudinées dans vos vêtements … vous êtes nombreuses pour qui shopping rime au mieux avec parcours du combattant, et au pire avec véritable cauchemar ! Pourtant, bien choisis, les vêtements et accessoires peuvent devenir vos meilleurs alliés minceur sans pour autant devoir entamer une grève de la faim. Il suffit de suivre ces quelques règles de base pour donner l’illusion d’une silhouette plus fine.

1) Lingerie gainante

Dans la plupart des esprits, « gainant » renvoie au souvenir des fameuses culottes de grands-mères (souvenir qu’on aurait préféré laissé au placard !). Mais que neni ! Figurez-vous que la lingerie gainante et sculptante est désormais un « must » dans les tiroirs de toute fashionista qui se respecte. Remise au goût du jour à coup de couleurs, dentelles, et détails glamours, la culotte gainante sous un pantalon ou une robe atténuera votre culotte de cheval et vos bourrelets indésirables. Gaines amincissantes pour une taille en moins, corset minceur qui raffermissent la peau, collant gainant qui luttent contre la cellulite … Chacun y va de sa promesse, et il ne vous reste plus qu’à les essayer pour trouver LA lingerie qui vous ira comme un gant tout en lissant vos courbes !

2) Couleurs et matières

On ne va sûrement pas vous apprendre que le noir, ça amincit ! Mais pour éviter le total look veuve noire, égayez le tout avec des bijoux, sacs, ceinture, foulard ou lunettes de soleil flashy. En fait, toutes les teintes sombres auront la même vertu sur votre silhouette que le noir. Variez donc un peu avec du bleu marine, du gris foncé, du brun ou du rouge mat par exemple. Les couleurs unies sont à privilégier pour moins attirer le regard, et il est conseillé de porter du sombre sur les zones que vous voulez camoufler, et des vêtements colorés sur vos parties du corps préférées. Si l’appel du motif est trop fort, optez pour les rayures verticales qui affineront vos formes, et des motifs plus petits placés sur les parties à mettre en valeur. En ce qui concerne les matières, évitez les plus brillantes comme le lycra sur les rondeurs. Certaines sont aussi à proscrire de vos armoires comme le velours épais, la grosse laine ou le tweed, qui auront tendance à vous épaissir. Vos amis amincissants ? Les vêtements fluides et légers comme la laine fine, le coton, la soie, le satin et le jersey. Pas besoin de coup de baguette ; ces petits tours d’illusion d’optique suffisent !

3) Coupes

S’il y a une règle à retenir pour avoir l’air plus mince : fini le look sac-à-patates ! Vous pensiez que les vêtements larges et amples camouflaient vos rondeurs ? Faux, faux et re-faux ! Bien au contraire, ils les accentuent en « gonflant » votre silhouette. Si vous avez des formes, il est donc essentiel de trouver le juste milieu entre des habits ni trop larges, ni trop moulants. Voici quelques astuces pour harmoniser vos courbes :

       Pour le haut, préférez les formes empire ou trapèze (cintrées au niveau de la poitrine et plus évasées sur le ventre), et les manches trois-quarts plus amples style papillon pour camoufler des bras flasques.

       Pour le bas, optez pour les tailles hautes et les pantalons coupe droite pour atténuer la disproportion entre les cuisses et les mollets.

 En règle générale, quels que soient les vêtements que vous enfilez et quelle que soit votre morphologie, respectez bien l’équilibre entre le haut et le bas : avec un pantalon ou un jupe plus moulants, choisissez un haut ample, et pour un bas plus large, contrastez avec un t-shirt ou un pull près du corps. Vous verrez qu’il est très facile de se sentir à la fois belle et bien dans son corps !

4) Talons et accessoires

Rien de tel pour allonger une silhouette que de porter des talons. Ceux-ci ajouteront une touche de féminité et de glamour à toutes vos tenues (jeans, robes, jupes …), à condition que vous sachiez bien contrôler votre démarche pour ne pas paraître trop ridicule ! Sous forme de bottes, de bottines, d’escarpins ou compensés, vous avez le choix. Le tout c’est d’apporter un peu de hauteur (quelques centimètres suffisent) et donner l’impression d’avoir perdu quelques kilos (ou d’avoir gagné en longueur). « Mais tu nous avais caché ces jambes ! » s’exclament vos amis ébahis ? Mission réussie. Si vous êtes complexée par vos jambes, portez vos talons avec des collants opaques plutôt que couleur chair avec vos robes et jupes. Autre accessoire pour vous donner une taille de guêpe : la ceinture. Sur une tunique, une robe-pull ou une robe d’été, portez une ceinture large, de couleur unie et de préférence sombre et mate pour marquer la taille et cacher vos poignées d’amour. Enfin, évitez tout ce qui est trop fin et qui ferait ressortir vos formes, comme des chaussures trop fines, des sacs riquiqui, de tout petits bijoux ou des ceintures filiformes.

Alors que certaines ont décidé de se lancer corps et âme dans un régime draconien pour perdre leurs kilos en trop avant l’été, d’autres préfèrent la petite séance relooking en mettant leurs atouts à l’honneur … L’important, c’est de se sentir assez belle pour exhiber fièrement son corps aux rayons du soleil !
