Saviez-vous qu’une tasse de graines de sésame nous fournit 73,5% de notre besoin en cuivre, 44,5% de notre besoin en manganèse, et 35,1% de notre apport journalier recommandé en calcium. Ces petites graines nous fournissent aussi en phosphore en zinc et en sélénium. La quantité impressionnante de cuivre présente dans les graines de sésame est une aubaine pour les personnes souffrant de polyarthrite rhumatoïde. Le cuivre est en effet recommandé pour calmer les douleurs liées à la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, et ce en libérant l’enzyme nécessaire à la reformation du collagène et de l’élastine.

2)Riche en fibres

Ces fibres peuvent aussi augmenter la production de vitamine E.

3)Riche en phytostérols

Les phytostérols ont la même structure chimique que celle du cholestérol, cela a comme avantage d’augmenter la réponse immunitaire et de réduire le risque de certains cancers. Ce sont ces mêmes phytostérols qu’on retrouve dans le beurre. Mais les graines de sésames en contiennent en plus grande quantité avec environ 400milligrammes par 100 grammes. En plus il est tellement plus diététique de consommer des graines de sésame en quantité que du beurre.
